According to the requirements that our legal department submits to the conclusion of contracts with the foreign legal persons, we ask you to prepare the following documents: Copy of the Certificate (or other document) about registration of your Company Copy of the Charter (Statute) Bank requisite elements of your Company Any documents confirming the authority of a representative or the legal person to conclude and sign documents as well as to make all necessary payments (the given document should be marked by apostille). Besides, for the text of the contract we need the following information: · The full name of the company (in Latin letters) · Name and position of the person signing a Contract · On what grounds he (she) signs the Contract (the Statute or the proxy) · The title of the documentary in which the stock materials will be used · Broadcasting: terrestrial, cable, satellite · Total running time · Territory · Duration of rights · Full address of the Company, phone, fax, e-mail After we have received all necessary documents we shall send you a draft Contract. |
